Student Concerns (BAIT) Referral
The purpose of the Behavior Assessment and Intervention Team (UTDSP5008), known as BAIT, is to review behavioral incidents and assist in the development of a strategy to address situations involving students whose behavior may be disruptive or harmful to the UT Dallas community, including situations where the disruptive or harmful behavior may be a result of a mental, emotional or psychological health issue.

Academic Dishonesty Reporting
Academic dishonesty includes but is not limited to cheating, plagiarism, collusion, facilitating academic dishonesty, fabrication, failure to contribute to a collaborative project and sabotage.

Discipline Referral
Report a student for a violation of the Student Code of Conduct. Faculty and staff may use this form to address behavior from students that is difficult for them to manage. Troubling, disruptive or threatening behavior from students may be reported via this form.

Hazing: Report an Incident
The 70th Texas Legislature enacted a law concerning hazing. Under the law, individuals or organizations engaging in hazing could be subject to fines and charged with a criminal offense.
